Spa Policies
Check-in
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled spa treatment. You'll be able to relax and fully enjoy your spa experience. Please remember that each treatment is precisely timed. Late arrivals may be rescheduled or they may require a shorter treatment time.
Cancellations
Cancellations and rebookings are required 24 hours prior to scheduled appointments.
For spa packages or multiple services scheduled on the same day, cancellations and re-bookings are required 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the value of the scheduled services. Missed appointments will be charged at full value.
Refunds
Unopened Spa products may be returned within 14 days for merchandise credit. All sales are final on opened products. No refunds can be given for gifts cards.
